odNova Polish Music Festival | Penderecki: Credo | Klauza

November 20 @ 19:30 - 21:30

Credo is considered one of Krzysztof Penderecki’s most significant sacred works. By expanding the liturgical Creed with songs and hymns in three languages, the composer deliberately moved beyond purely theological considerations and the precision of dogma. As a result, the work becomes a personal profession of the composer’s faith. Credo captivates us with its precise construction, the breadth of its expressive resources, and the power of its large body of performers, which together give the work’s message its strength and clarity.
