A cultural manager, conductor, composer, arranger, and Doctor of Musical Arts. He studied in Gdańsk, Kraków, and Vienna. From 2021 to 2026, he served as Director of the Tadeusz Baird Zielona Góra Philharmonic. In May 2026, he was appointed Director of the Grand Theatre in Łódź. He has also worked at the Salzburger Festspiele, completed a conducting internship at the Wiener Staatsoper, and collaborated with opera companies in Austria and Belgium.
He has conducted several hundred chamber and symphonic concerts, as well as numerous opera performances, including as music director. His repertoire includes, among other works, Il trittico by Puccini, Così fan tutte by Mozart, Orfeo ed Euridice by Gluck, and the Polish premiere of Francesca da Rimini by Rachmaninoff.
Opera occupies a special place in his work. He devoted his doctoral dissertation to Ludomir Różycki’s neglected opera Eros and Psyche, which he prepared for performance at the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk in 2015. Meanwhile, the premiere of Moniuszko’s Jawnuta, which he prepared, received the International Opera Award in the ‘Rediscovered Work’ category.
