Kristīne graduated with honours from the Royal Academy of Music, where she studied with György Pauk, and continued her education at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler with Kolja Blacher. She works with orchestras such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, WDR Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Chambre de Paris, Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria, Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Trondheim Symfoniorkester, and Latvian National Orchestra. She has collaborated with conductors such as Jukka-Pekka Saraste, James Gaffigan, Tarmo Peltokoski, Trevor Pinnock, Gergely Madaras, Andris Poga, and Josep Vicent.
She has performed at venues and festivals including L’Auditori in Barcelona, the Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House, Dresdner Musikfestspiele, Moritzburg Festival, and Risør Chamber Music Festival. She has also appeared on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune, BBC One’s The One Show and Latvian National Radio.
