He graduated from the G. and K. Bacewicz Academy of Music in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a\u00a0in Music Theory, studying under Prof. Franciszek Weso\u0142owski, and from the F. Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, where he completed the Postgraduate Choirmaster Programme. Since 2008, he has been employed at the Chair of Music Education of the G. and K. Bacewicz Academy of Music in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, where he teaches choral conducting and is currently a professor. Since 2016, he has served as Head of the Chair of Music Education. From 2011 to 2021, he was Chief Conductor and Head of the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Philharmonic Choir. He is currently conductor of the Chamber Choir of the Academy of Music in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a \u2013 Lodz Chamber Choir, the \u2018Vivid Singers\u2019 Chamber Choir, the \u2018Lutnia\u2019 Men\u2019s Choir in Warta, and the Mixed Choir of the Baptist Church in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.
