On the opera stage, she has performed, among others, the role of Salome in R. Strauss\u2019s opera of the same title at the\u00a0Wroc\u0142aw Opera, Alice Ford in Verdi\u2019s <em>Falstaff<\/em> and Benigna in Penderecki\u2019s <em>The Black Mask<\/em> at the Teatr\u00a0Wielki \u2013 Polish National Opera, and the roles of Aida in Verdi\u2019s opera and Ariadne in R. Strauss\u2019s opera at the Krak\u00f3w Opera.\u00a0She also sang the title role in the Italian premiere of Moniuszko\u2019s <em>Halka<\/em> under the baton of Fabio Biondi. She has performed at the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, and the H\u00e4ndel-Festspiele in Halle. She regularly performs at the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival, where she has sung such works as Penderecki\u2019s <em>Kaddish<\/em>, Bernstein\u2019s Symphony No. 3, Milhaud\u2019s <em>Le pauvre matelot<\/em>, Cherubini\u2019s <em>Faniska<\/em>, and Martin\u016f\u2019s <em>Alexandre bis<\/em>. At the final concert of the festival\u2019s 30th edition, she performed in Penderecki\u2019s <em>St. Luke Passion<\/em> under the baton of Maciej Tworek. She is also a regular guest at the Chopin and His Europe Festival, where she has performed in Moniuszko\u2019s <em>The Countess<\/em>, <em>The Phantoms<\/em>, and <em>Nijola<\/em>. She made her debut at the Musikverein in Vienna in Johann J.Sebastian S. Bach\u2019s <em>St. John Passion<\/em>. With the Chicago Philharmonic, she performed Kilar\u2019s <em>Missa pro pace<\/em>. She sang Dvo\u0159\u00e1k\u2019s <em>Requiem<\/em> with Yaroslav Shemet at the Silesian Philharmonic and Rachmaninoff\u2019s\u00a0<em>The Bells<\/em> with Pawe\u0142 Przytocki at the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Philharmonic. In 2020, she received the title of Wiyrchowa\u00a0Orlica in recognition of her contribution to promoting her native Podhale region.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A graduate of the Yale School of Music.
