He studied in Gda\u0144sk, Krak\u00f3w, and Vienna. From 2021 to 2026, he served as Director of the Tadeusz Baird Zielona G\u00f3ra Philharmonic. In May 2026, he was appointed Director of the Grand Theatre in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. He has also worked at the Salzburger Festspiele, completed a conducting internship at the Wiener Staatsoper, and collaborated with opera companies in Austria and Belgium.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has conducted several hundred chamber and symphonic concerts, as well as numerous opera performances, including as music director. His repertoire includes, among other works, <em>Il trittico<\/em> by Puccini, <em>Cos\u00ec fan tutte<\/em> by Mozart, <em>Orfeo ed Euridice<\/em> by Gluck, and the Polish premiere of <em>Francesca da Rimini<\/em> by Rachmaninoff.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opera occupies a special place in his work. He devoted his doctoral dissertation to Ludomir R\u00f3\u017cycki\u2019s neglected opera <em>Eros and Psyche<\/em>, which he prepared for performance at the Baltic Opera in Gda\u0144sk in 2015.
