From 2014 until 2022 he served as the conductor of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, in 2019 he conducted the concerts of the\u202fAccademia Baltica\u202fChamber Orchestra, as a soloist and conductor he regularly collaborates with other orchestras, including the\u202fSinfonietta Riga\u202fand\u202fSinfonia Concertante.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuzma has performed in the USA, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Germany, Sweden, and Czech Republic. He has participated in many recordings for Latvian Radio. In 2022 he released a solo album recorded in collaboration with pianist Agnese Egli\u0146a.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuzma is the chief conductor and artistic director of the Liep\u0101ja Symphony Orchestra since the 2022\/2023 season. The orchestra has spent four concert seasons under the baton of this outstanding musician, who has been praised by both music critics and the orchestra members themselves.
