He graduated with honours from the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, studying under Prof. Stefan Wojtas. During his undergraduate studies, he was improving his skills under the supervision of Prof. Ewa Pobłocka and Paweł Wakarecy, DMus. He is a prizewinner of a number of prestigious music competitions. He won the first prize in the Theodor Leschetizky International Piano Competition in Hamburg in 2020 and the first prize in the “La Palma d’Oro” Competition in 2019. In 2023, the pianist won the second prize in the Chopin Competition in Hannover, and in 2021 – the third prize in the George Enescu Competition in Bucharest.

He has performed at many festivals, such as the Chopin Festival in Duszniki-Zdrój, Chopin Festival in Geneva, Deia Festival on Mallorca, Karlovac Piano Festival in Croatia and Bolzano-Bozen Festival. Marcin has given concerts in the USA, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Romania, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Italy, Hungary and Poland.

The artist has performed in such prestigious concert halls as the Warsaw Philharmonic, the Romanian Athenaeum, the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, the Łódź Philharmonic, the Pomeranian Philharmonic and the Gorzów Philharmonic. He has recorded for Polish Television and Polish Radio. He is also a beneficiary of numerous art scholarships, including the “Young Poland” programme of the Ministry of

Culture and National Heritage. In addition, he is a protagonist of the Emmy-winning film Pianoforte directed by Jakub Piątek.
