Listen to three concerts at home

2025-11-27

For all music lovers who cannot be present in the hall of the Warsaw Philharmonic, we have prepared as many as three broadcasts on Radio Two this weekend (November 29-30) and the first Monday in December. Sit in your favorite armchair, brew some aromatic tea and create a concert hall in your home!

Ahead of us is a unique weekend with radio broadcasts of three concerts taking place as part of the Eufonie festival. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the sounds of classical and contemporary music, broadcast live by Polish Radio Program 2 in the comfort of a cozy room.

Reserve time on weekend and Monday evenings, turn on Polish Radio Program 2 and let the music fill your home. You can listen to the broadcast online on the PR 2 website

Afterglows and afterimages of concerts

  1. Saturday, November 29, 6:00 pm: Exuberance: Enescu / Wajnberg / Kodály
An evening of passionate and dynamic Exuberance. Romania, Poland and Hungary meet in the music of the masters. We will hear monumental works that combine tradition and modernity and will provide an energetic start to the weekend.
  2. Sunday, November 30, 6:00 pm: Fratres: Parać / Pärt / Šipuš.
Sunday evening will bring moments of deep reflection. The Fratres concert is an encounter with contemplative music, with Arvo Pärt’ s bells at the forefront. It’s a time to slow down, listen to minimalist sounds and calm down.
  3. Monday, December 1, 7:30 pm: Voyage: Enescu / Dvořák
Although it is formally the beginning of the week, this evening is an extension of the musical feast. The Vouyage concert will combine the Romanian folklore of George Enescu’s music with Czech motifs of Antonín Dvořák’s compositions.
